• the Block and Lot Number (very useful when filling out the application for the Short-term Rental Permit)
• the assessed value and last sale price
• the Planning and Supervisor District number
• the neighborhood and zoning
• history of building permits granted or denied
• whether the property has a Short-term Rental Permit
• whether there are any Complaints filed against that property
