• HSDC is not affiliated with the San Francisco Office of Short-Term Rentals

SF Property Information Map

The SF Planning Department’s online Property Information Map lists information about properties in San Francisco. Enter address to view:

• Block and Lot Number (useful when filling out the application for the Short-Term Rental Permit)
• Assessed value and last sale price
• Planning and Supervisor District number
• Neighborhood and zoning
• History of building permits granted or denied
• Whether the property has a Short-term Rental Permit
• Whether there are any Complaints filed against that property
